- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Unclear as to what culture they are trying to cultuvate. This compnay has been a mainstay for years with many longtime employees. Addressing some of the problematic middle management behavior which drives out young talent might not be in their best interest
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Most people are very nice and enjoyable to work with -Pockets of amazingly smart people, who tend to get overworked and burn out. Convoluted org structure makes finding those people prior to burn out difficult- missed collaboration opportunity. Could explain why tangible innovation is status quo
