What do you like best about the leadership team?It is a nice company
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Unclear as to what culture they are trying to cultuvate. This compnay has been a mainstay for years with many longtime employees. Addressing some of the problematic middle management behavior which drives out young talent might not be in their best interest
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? Most people are very nice and enjoyable to work with -Pockets of amazingly smart people, who tend to get overworked and burn out. Convoluted org structure makes finding those people prior to burn out difficult- missed collaboration opportunity. Could explain why tangible innovation is status quo
