How's the work life balance at MG2?
Great, many people work from home at least one day a week, and for the most part are supportive of time off for life events.
Work/life balance is pretty good. Working outside of normal office hours happens occasionally, but more often than not that can be done remotely.
How much diversity is there among employees at MG2?
In general MG2 is diverse, especially so for associate level employees. When you look at principals and C-levels the gender diversity is good but racial diversity is lacking.
What's the company culture like at MG2?
The IT department is a pretty relaxed environment. We are relatively small so people cover multiple tasks and services. Senior staff is agreeable and helpful.
