Constructive Feedback From MG2 Employees
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The procedure for giving/receiving raises is very rigid. You cannot simply ask for a raise, your manager has to nominate you for one. The last time I was put up for a raise, I finally received it 4 months after being told I would and did not receive any back pay.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Some are great! However, some do the bare minimum, do not show much initiative, and need to have their hands held step by step.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?My immediate manager is good. I barely have any communication with anyone higher up.
