Days when the work I am doing does not depend on the quality of work produced by others.
Some are great! However, some do the bare minimum, do not show much initiative, and need to have their hands held step by step.
The procedure for giving/receiving raises is very rigid. You cannot simply ask for a raise, your manager has to nominate you for one. The last time I was put up for a raise, I finally received it 4 months after being told I would and did not receive any back pay.
