The owner, Trushar, is very nice and understanding.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great housekeeping team that keep this hotel looking good and easy to sell. However we are in desperate need for a renovation so that makes it very difficult.

I love that we are all open and able to resolve work issues by communicating freely.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our GM is pretty toxic currently and is constantly having people quit because of his terrible nature and how he runs things.

Everyone that works here is kind and caring and the guest are a delight to meet and stay with us.

The questions, i like when someone or people asks questions and listen to the answer. I also the group of people i interviewed with. They were professional and welcoming.

I love meeting new people and providing guests with fantastic customer service. My co workers a are great and easy to work with.

Being alone while working. I get to enjoy doing what i fell I'm really good at and plenty of experience to know when things could be better for the team not just a person. I enjoy not having to listen to them complain about management or talk/text on there phones.
