I appreciated working for a smaller firm because of the camaraderie between co-workers and management. I left a larger company because I didn't want to work and just be another number. Well, I'm headed back in that same direction and I'm not sure I like that so much. I'm sticking it out though.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
All seem to be competent and somewhat engaging.

Challenging work, collaborative co-workers, our customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaborative, experts in certain areas, easy to get along with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Tough question to answer given that we've hired so many new people and have been acquired by a much larger company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here a very long time and have not been promoted. Pay raises have been few and far in between and minimal. Definitely not indicative of my performance.
