Covestic is great, but under Milestone I have felt that we are growing too quickly and the quality of new hires has gone down significantly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most everyone I work with at Covestic knows what they are doing and are willing to learn new things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Covestic's culture has been great over the years, we treat each other well. Milestone's culture is only about vague platitudes and making itself look good from the outside.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no performance based pay increase policies, the 401k matching is paltry. Increase matching percentages, provide CONCRETE POLICY around annual pay adjustments/cost of living increases/performance based pay increases, etc.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no communication regarding actual performance evaluation, compensation adjustment, or benefits. When asked, leadership only gives vague answers that they "are working on it and will communicate it soon." This answer has been the same for the entire time since Milestone has taken over.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have been on the same project for far too long with no end in sight. What started out as a normal project has turned into a managed service and I did not join Covestic to be on managed service projects for the same company for years at a time.
