My direct leadership is pretty open to candid conversations
What makes you most happy at work?
That I can work at my own pace and have a fairly flexible schedule
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary is decent, but I have had to fight and ask for it the whole way. I believe if a company values the employees that the salary should match that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I only know a bit about my direct leadership team and they do a good job. The rest of the company (Sameer etc, I have no idea what his vision really is)
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a close team for the most part. There have been a few bad eggs recently, but they tend to work themselves out. Issue is the rest of the team then has to carry the extra weight caused by their void
