The leadership team in general are doing a great job. Currenrlys staff turnover in Ireland is high and a real challenge. Focus on team development is strong and leadership team alway availible

Introduction of Salary bands per so all can see where they are in the range Introduction of Progression (What jobs can progress in to what roles) No fixed annual salary review (Seems to vary each year)
