Paying employees more money. Implementing good benefits.

Freedom to do my work without being micromanaged.

What are some of the best things about your team?

People seem to only contact as necessary and people are able to breathe and work at their own pace without being bothered.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salary is not on par with other companies. Benefits are not good. FLEX HOLIDAYS NEED TO NEVER BE A THING AGAIN. We need MORE holidays off, not less holidays off and given just 3 extra PTO days. Company should completely shut down the week of Christmas THROUGH NYE.
