I guess this is the best leadership team I have ever worked with where the management wants to invest their time to train, guide and work with us, particularly all the time. They take time to work together whenever in doubt and give us a clear view of the goals and opportunities.

I don't hate the company just wish they would listen more. Ive seen countless colleges who should've been promoted but weren't. These good people end up leaving because they dont feel valued.
