I came to Milestone in a time where I was burnt out on Staffing, and had just taken 11 months away from the industry. After 20 months here I have re-found my passion for recruiting in a base plus commission capacity. I appreciate being able to work from home and have the work life balance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commission incentives on top of a reasonable base.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
No constructive feedback for my coworkers as a whole - I get what I need from them when I do need to reach them or lean on them.
What makes you most happy at work?
Extending offers to a candidate who really wanted the job or needed the job - hearing their gratitude on the phone (especially on a Friday afternoon) makes me feel happy heading into the evening or the weekend.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am at stage in my career where I am self motivated. I like that I have a leadership team that supports that - They don't micromanage when I don't need then and they are available to help me out when I do have questions or need help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've worked at past employers that demand you to entirely assimilate your personality and lifestyle to the core values of the company, at past Staffing Agencies. This feels different. This is obviously a corporate culture and the performance expectations are high, but at the same time can be myself
