I don't hate the company just wish they would listen more. Ive seen countless colleges who should've been promoted but weren't. These good people end up leaving because they dont feel valued.

My manager is an extreme champion and supporter of me, my ideas, opinions, feedback, and the changes I have made in my organization in support of the growth of the company. My manager is smart, intelligent, fair, and is invested in the team and company.
