Constructive Feedback From MIT OpenCourseware Employees

  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Again, toss the whole org into the trash and start over from scratch. Examine where the $ is going. Look at who's actually doing WORK and who is doing the bare minimum. It's not hard, guys.
  • What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
coworkers were nice for the most part. Honestly you need someone to vent with otherwise you'll check yourself into a mental hospital after working there a few months.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My former manager was one of the laziest people I ever met. S/he regularly assigned her work to others while she abused sick days every month. When you ask for a raise there be prepared to be laughed at.
