The company has major issues in management, especially in communication. Major pieces of information such as funding for projects were simply not given and senior management don't appear to know what is going on. It is a shame too, as the work culture and people working there are 10/10.

The leadership team are very eager to help if asked and seem to want to do so.

The team is very open-minded and ready to huddle if something does not make sense. There are very passionate and intelligent people at the company.
