I know my team and management are there to help and support when I need it, without judgement.

The ownership and responsibility as well as good co worker relationship

Too much of bias toward execution rather than more careful analysis of choices and approach. Execution bias leads to a problem wall where issues overwhelm execution. A more measured approach could smooth these choppy waters.
