What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone feels like a true team member and have fantastic attitudes. People are helpful, knowledgeable, and empathetic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Despite the difficult year with everyone working remotely full-time, we have been able to maintain a positive work environment on the occasions we are able to meet virtually.
What makes you most happy at work?Challenging and engaging projects that allow creativity to drive innovation with our client's needs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Salary, bonus, and health insurance are standard with the company, but only part of industry-standard compensation. Company contribution/percentage matching towards 401k retirement savings and active equity vesting are sorely needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Because I haven't gotten a raise in over 3 years, I've grown a lot and put a lot of effort to make the team improve, and I've been asking for a raise for almost a year with no answer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Recognizing the work and effort we put into projects and the company itself and make us feel valuable assets of the company.
