Salary, bonus, and health insurance are standard with the company, but only part of industry-standard compensation. Company contribution/percentage matching towards 401k retirement savings and active equity vesting are sorely needed.
Because I haven't gotten a raise in over 3 years, I've grown a lot and put a lot of effort to make the team improve, and I've been asking for a raise for almost a year with no answer.

Prior knowledge about the bonus structure
No 401K matching! This is ridiculous. Mobomo is losing good people because they refuse to match contributions at 5% like every other tech company in town. Also, no equity options or other performance incentives. The bonus structure is opaque and seems to change every year. Can't rely on it.

Culture needs to focus on problem areas, too much use of good faces. Failure is a moment for learning and growth. Culture should work to removing fear from these moments.

Too much of bias toward execution rather than more careful analysis of choices and approach. Execution bias leads to a problem wall where issues overwhelm execution. A more measured approach could smooth these choppy waters.
