There is a good spirit of shared success and very little blame culture. The focus is on the work, where it should be, rather than on turf battles and petty tyranny.

New office space is great. Think we do a pretty good job of being inclusive of the BA team and US teams who work remotely.

We might all be young, but we carry a lot of respect for our senior leadership.

I was allowed to work four 10 hour days and have Fridays off so that I could attend university classes.
