Everyone feels like a true team member and have fantastic attitudes. People are helpful, knowledgeable, and empathetic.

One of the best things about my team is that I know that I can count on them when I need something. Also, we have meetings to share our daily work, our knowledge and to talk about our concerns to find a solution together.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Despite the difficult year with everyone working remotely full-time, we have been able to maintain a positive work environment on the occasions we are able to meet virtually.

Everyone is treated with respect, encourages each other to do their best, and encouraged to step outside their comfort zone and try new things.
Everyone is incredibly motivated and willing to put in extra work to make deadlines.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Personal setting and attention to listening to my experiences and responses. Interviewing directly with actual field directors and employees, rather than with a HR or hiring manager was a huge positive.
