MOD Pizza Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everything about it is overall really good

Retirement fund is the beat feature

The dental and health benefits

My health insurance plus vacation time is great

I'm fine with everything in this job, poor management just seems to be at the top of the list for me

Review from Customer Success Dept

It's good money that's why I put up with this job

Full medical/dental/vision. I wish they would match 401k but once they go public one day I think that will happen. They are very progressive in making sure they treat their employees well.

I am a part time worker so

Great with sick time in woodinville

Health benefits and 401 K

401(K) matching, they match my 3% contribution. I have paid vacations that matches my sick time. I was paid when I was out sick with COVID without using my sick hours. I was paid for a whole days work for getting vaccinated, $135.

Benefit package is pretty solid

The part where im paid into MY bank account

Our manger love us she brings us thing on Friday

The pay rate plus tips

Competitive Salary is the best part of compensation package.

Review from Operations Dept

The money or the tips

Review from Sales Dept

My gm is very understand and helpful

Review from Sales Dept

I received no compensation package

Review from Sales Dept

the health care that is provided

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I work every truck day do prep 75 percent of the time i know every position in the job

If my pay aligned with my responsibilities and the cost of living

That my managers answer their phones and focuse on things to do when it's slow and that my pay gets better

getting paid more than the people that just got hired.

I have to work at a level and with great personal sacrefice in a management position with esentially no extra pay than a entry employee completely unsuported. This is not a small business by any metric and should be able to adress these issues but consistently cannot

Contacting benefits department and HR. I have been tossed around with a lot of unanswered questions.

A better boss who did not make the dutys of morning crew the nights and the dutys of a GM the problem of his captains while he does literally nothing

Ive worked for a year and half and stillf havent received any informafion about benefits.

The plaurality of stores in the St. Louis Market place lack critcal staff. This lack if staffing is not caused becaude people don't want to work, but because the amazing workings of the comunity are compensated much higher wages. The result is a staff of people who simply do not care about growth.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Because I'm not backed by my manager she's literally my enemy I hate going to work everybody talks about me lies on me when I been in the store longer than everybody and come to work and do my job

Review from Sales Dept

I would feel more appreciated at MOD Pizza if my requests and concerns were addressed fairly my management.

I don't think 13/hr is enough to deal with a line out the door and a stack of olos to handle on a bare-bones crew.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Because every-time i complain about lazy people at work im somehow the problem

Review from Sales Dept

My GM is awful. I do his job and mine and then lies about it and takes credit for my work and other squad members. He has made me break minir laws and ehen i put my foot down i got screamed at and was told ud be receiving a Vaf

Review from Customer Success Dept

My position in management is about twenty percent lower than average. At the location I am at negativity and turnover is high.

If you speak out against anything they cut your hours

10% of my abilities were used, I was never recognized for my ideas, even if they were adopted by my managers.

The district manager demands more of the captains than what they were trained for, if they even received full training. Also their failure to staff General Managers in many surrounding stores. Captain wage isn't enough for the treatment they receive.

the company pretends to care about us but does not support us in ways we are asking to be supported. we arent paid enough to account for regional cost of living or inflation.

actually getting them. if i work there i should get the benefits. not have to meet 10 000 standards
