No general manager at the store has been hired after a year since the last general manager left. No guidance and leadership has taken place by any administrative staff. The workers at MOD pizza Fremont CA obtain no hospitality skills and neglects its customers.

Fix management, improve scheduling. Make sure we have enough people staffed especially on our busier nights, and for closes so that way we can actually clean the store
Horrible general manager and AGM who inspire a culture of bullying and intimidation with zero support.
Our gm either leaves early or doesnt come back after saying she will be back. When someone calls out we are down a person never any coverage. Also everyone else can request for a week off and get it everytime i ask for a requested day off im sceduled to work
