I enjoy working with my co-workers, the environment is amazing, but lately I've been having issues with my GM.

Talking to customers and co-workers makes my day every day.

The company is very open to multiple minority groups I'm part of, where others are not/may not be.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our captains are all amazing, hardworking individuals. I appreciate how considerate they are of others, and how helpful they are with new squad members.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think 13/hr is enough to deal with a line out the door and a stack of olos to handle on a bare-bones crew.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is full of great people. I love something different about all of them, and they accept me for who I am, which is most important to me.
