Great community engagement. Weekly Happy Hours at the SC where they supply food and beverage.

They value everyone's opinion whether you're on the top of the totem pole or the very bottom.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the hardest working folks I've ever worked with. If we need someone to be there for us, they show up no matter the time or place.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full medical/dental/vision. I wish they would match 401k but once they go public one day I think that will happen. They are very progressive in making sure they treat their employees well.
What makes you most happy at work?
I went from never working at a restaurant to being GM of a location to being part of their IT team within 2 years. You can get promotions as fast as you'd like if you put in the effort and communicate with your higher ups. And you can move departments with ease.
