Horrible, i was treated unfairly and targeted out by a captain at work and when I brought it to the attention of the manager he went behind my back and talked to the captain which made the situation worse. I ended up hurting my back because of this captain and quit do to toxic work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lately nothing just anxiety and stress or pain.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything, especially not singling out people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Coworkers were usually great it was captain or management that was the issue.
