Work there since 2021. General manager has no empathy towards coworkers, it's always stressful when you have to call off because he might cut your hours or say some snide comment. This was the first job I've cried at. Haven't complained because He's not going to get fired over being mean.
What makes you most happy at work?
When it's busy and when I'm having a great day with my coworkers
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm fine with everything in this job, poor management just seems to be at the top of the list for me

We work well together we communicate together if we need something we listen to each other and we always try to help each other out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
He asked me the amount of hours I wanted which I was lied to about cuz I'm barely getting 25 hours lol but yeah that's what I like most
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Welcoming people in and one of my managers that always makes me happy whenever I see her. Some of the managers will actually listen to you talk about whatever you need to talk about. It really does make me feel better when I'm able to talk about my feelings.
