The personality types are varied and everyone is generally kind and open

The only positive comes from emplyees. No corporate culture or practice has been beneficial
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pay at all levels and a more lenient labor model to not over work employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have to work at a level and with great personal sacrefice in a management position with esentially no extra pay than a entry employee completely unsuported. This is not a small business by any metric and should be able to adress these issues but consistently cannot
