What are some of the best things about your team?
The team understands what being a team is. They cover each other, work to improve each other, and know how to maintain morality. Whatever is left atleast.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager that hired me made it clear what the workplace was like and what to expect. He asked different questions than usual interviews to get a better feel for my work ethics and personality traits. Unfortunately that manager no longer works here.
