Everyone sits around and doesnt follow company rules or health codes. They call off weekly and leave the rest of the staff short handed
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was told about the donations for leukemia when purchasing the maddy pizza. The fundraiser they do and about how the company was all about their employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone gets sent home early daily and we all lose about $70 a week. No one receives insurance because they make sure you dont meet the hour requirements. Been with Mod Pizza almost 14 months no raise. I stay late, come in early, work off days etc.
