Great people, hard workers and diligent. General manager is less than positive, helpful, and always on break.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The general manager is horrible to employees blaming poor customer reviews and minor mistakes are blown out of proportion. The customer reviews are a direct reflection of our general manager
