Loved it when they stuck to their word but feel affronted at their lack of commitment to their values and statements they make to people mod is about supporting employees and helping them not throwing them to the wolves because one person doesn't like another and doesn't cause company issues

The team we had had fun and enjoyed our job till one by one we were taken away from the company because mod wasn't like a family to us and didn't support us like they say the do
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The mod family believes in second chances but denied me one because people caused issues with me and it effected them and instead of backing me and helping me live a better life they dumped me on the streets
