What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
management needs to be doing their job and making sure that customers are getting what makes mod so special.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
better train staff and make sure management is doing what they need to so that the store is up to par.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
knowing what they need to do and working with customers and getting orders out in a timely fashion. As well knowing how to build the perfect pizza and not so messy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
my manager is not very helpful with my paycheck issue. I have been asking her for help with situations and it leads me to a dead end where she avoids me and my emails. I love working for mod but it has not gotten to a point that I am leaving mod. There needs to be better fit managers working.
