the manager is beyond childish and is horrible at her job so is the district manager
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
there are a few good employees at the company who pull there wait and are compassionate, but that number is incredibly too low.
What makes you most happy at work?
being recognized and appreciated for all of the hard work i do every single shift. i just want to be respected and cared for.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the entire mod squad is a joke. the team is completely dysfunctional. there are people who do nothing and people who do everything. it is ridiculously unmanaged and unfair. there are favorites with the managers who get special treatment even though their work is subpar. multiple employees do nothing
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i had to beg to be promoted to an all star and get the 50¢ raise. i was already training and doing every part of the job without the title or compensation. it is completely unfair that i did more work than any other team member and was over lo
