Everything that has to do with dwindling the light of other people who deserve the recognition and not just based on favorite(s)

Acknowledgment of those who deserve recognition, no b-s’ing during a shift and has a set goal for how the shifts can run effectively and efficient
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At this point it doesn’t seem like there is anything I can do besides warn against the turmoil that is going on at Dover ModPizza. It’s saddening I used to love this job, and it has treated me the complete oppos
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to do my job the way that I was taught. I follow all of the rules and guidelines because I respect the work that MOD put out for us, it really wasn’t that hard to execute, only when other coworkers would not cooperate in what should be a team effo
