Mondelez International North America Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The remote compensation and also wellness benefit.

It is competitive for the work I do.

Hybrid work modality WFH for a good work life balance

It allows me to have familt activities

Review from Sales Dept

It is an enough amount

Everything, but most of it, the health part.

Medical Insurance and Personal Days

Competitive salaries in the industry

Pay is great. Salary, bonus structure, and long-term equity.

Have PTO and that the increases are in accordance with my performance (EYR REVIEW).

Review from Sales Dept

The annual bonus program is very good

It is fair for the assigned remit.

The wellnes bonus every month

My salary and the wellness reimbursement .

That it allows me to care for my mental health and physical health outside of work

Receiving a yearly bonus based on individual performance and company performance

bi -weekly payment hybrid work model

I like that we can work from home, our personal days, the chocolates they give us at Mondelez, and monthly money wellness activities

The monthly salary, the benefit given to pay the gym

Review from Sales Dept

Everything, they really know and value us as an employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My pay and title is not equivalent to my years of experience and education. And there is not a career track for me here.

I always work hard to have everything organized; however I see cases of others who don´t work as hard. I don´t know abo

Review from Sales Dept

I make $10,000 less than the MINIMUM in my salary grade... MINIMUM! I have been in this role for 5 years, I'm fully trained and I consistently and always receive the highest marks on my reviews. Hurts to be a top performer and under paid.

Would be appreciated if we have have another incentives such as a bonus

I could have a lot of expectations to grow up professionally into the company; however, being realistic there are not opportunities to get any promotion here. I am very demotivated to start doing new things since I know I am not going anywhere

Review from Sales Dept

most companies pay their employees a lot more for the same positions, in general we are underpaid.

Although we have the same salary grade, we don't all have the same salary. At team member and department (TA MSC and Sales) level there is a very big salary gap. I think it should be aligned

Review from Sales Dept

salary compensation, transportation and additional bonuses

Review from Sales Dept

No flexible schedule. A lot of tasks work compared with the salary.

CPG is a low paying industry. A higher bonus percentage would be better.

Compensation needs to be more based off workload, job expectation and overall time commitment. Lots of complexity and overall red tape to complete task successfully is required.

Review from Sales Dept

We have a gap to fair market pricing for those individuals that have been loyal to the company.

Review from Sales Dept

Better benefits, childcare, healthcare, mental health, longer maternity leave

over worked & underpaid (compared to similar roles at other food companies)

As a whole within the company i feel undervalued. But within my own department team, i feel much more seen and heard. The executive leadership team seems to only care about business deliverables versus the care of people. They only focus on the large brands versus the other brands which are impt.

More development opportunities and promotions

Remote job and a more bonus as they are almost never given

i think the pay rate could be higher, wages are not competitive and company loyalty is not shown to be valuable

Review from Sales Dept

Being able to make more of my own decisions in my current role

Review from Sales Dept

Higher pay, as we hire more hourly employees, and as managers do not get raises.
