I need to see transparency. Trust has to be earned. Leaders need to learn how to guide instead of giving orders. Much secrecy. Units going away. Messages are given as threats. Lack of emotional intelligence. Feels insecure to provide feedack.
I'd like to see more actions when it comes to DEI and leadership. We speak highly of DEI and having diverse workforces, but our leadership team does not reflect that.

Morale is low, coworkers are constantly negative. It makes me not want to communicate with anyone.

It feels difficult at times to drive results on my team when so many outside factors influence their day to day. It is also unclear that the executive team truly understands what middle management and store level employees work through.

RMS work life balance needs to be a priority. With constant weekend store tickets, phone calls, and texts, the RMS work/life needs to be addressed. My phone doesn't stop ringing Mondays and leads to tasks not being done on time.

There is a disconnect with employee relations. It is harder and harder to hold people accountable due to delays in the process. Answers that are provided tend to be one size fits all, and if you ask why there is no real answer back, with no reasonable response.

There are so much uncertainty, that you feel like you never know if you will be the next person to leave the company. The company should really care about the employees, considering the hours, pay rate, etc
