- What do you like best about the leadership team?The leadership team is great about wanting you to grow! My manager asks me what energizes me and what drains me, how I best process information, etc. They want the best for you!
- What are some of the best things about your team?My team is a lot of fun. The people are really nice, and I feel like most of them would be willing to help with whatever I may need. We have some interesting conversations, and we all work well together.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The company culture is great! The workplace is fun and encouraging. We read customer reviews and do shout outs for coworkers during meetings. There are big company breakfasts, a fiesta, etc. It's like family!
