Motive Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

In addition to the competitive salary, I greatly value the focus on professional development opportunities, flexibility, and a robust support system for both mental and physical health.

Review from Admin Dept

Broad compensation package, from salary to stock and partners services

Review from Marketing Dept

competitive with market standards ?

Review from Product Dept

The flexibility it gives me.

Review from Marketing Dept

work from home allowance and other additional benefits

Review from Engineering Dept

The best part of my comp package is my salary

Review from Marketing Dept

Compensation is very fair, and health benefits are great.

Review from Sales Dept

Stock options so I'm invested in the company's future success and IPO goals.

Review from Marketing Dept

Insurance Coverage especially Parents being included in OPD Insurance.

Review from IT Dept

It is competitive and I like that they provide RSUs.

Review from HR Dept

I am a contractor so no benefits yet

Review from HR Dept

It covers everything I need, the options are top quality, and the election process is simple.

Review from Engineering Dept

The salary is good, but really need to work on benefits in different geographies. RSU offerings should be done for all employees rather than candidates negotiating them in their offers.

Review from HR Dept

The RSUs are very generous.

Review from Marketing Dept

Sales professionals love/appreciate accelerators and fair quotas, however, the best part is having RSUs and a real opportunity for a revenue event. It drives me daily as I truly feel like a steward of the business who takes my ownership stake very seriously.

Review from Sales Dept

It encourages a work/life balance.

Review from HR Dept

Overall, we get a solid comp package across the board.

Review from Marketing Dept

Commision structure is something applaudable

Review from Sales Dept

I am awarded RSUs for when the company goes public. The better I perform, the more RSUs I receive.

Review from Marketing Dept

base salary is probably at or above market rate

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do a ton. I could do even more with a greater voice. I have a lot of equity and I think that is supposed to help but it only does if there is a liquidity event.

Review from Legal Dept

that as Mexico is so new we need benefits that can make us feel take care off and competitive with what is currently on the market and we dont have any of those

Review from HR Dept

Higher comp for working evening hours.

Review from HR Dept

There should be a checklist for each designation and if one ticks the checkboxes only then the hierarchy should be created accordingly, especially with the new teams so there is a balance of knowledge and experience

Review from Sales Dept

There is too much work

Review from HR Dept

Employees who have been with the company for more than 3-5 years should receive a market-competitive salary.

Review from Engineering Dept

The compensation is not even nearing the inflation rates present

Review from Engineering Dept

Benefits are very less. In Canada, we still doesnt have contribution to RRSP or retirement although its there in all other countries. Gym membership and other benefits are also missing which are usual in other companies.

Review from Engineering Dept

Despite promotions and good reviews, comp increases trail inflation.

Review from Engineering Dept

All companies in MX have better compensation than us

Review from Sales Dept

to begin with, people that get hired on same role as me get paid more starting salary than what I get after 2 years

Review from Customer Success Dept

Motive is currently paying less than the market-competitive salaries.

Review from Operations Dept

As an Associate Manager leading the largest, most complex teams, I feel my compensation doesn’t reflect my increased responsibilities, particularly in people m

Review from Sales Dept

Increasing it would be a good start. It may sound good on paper but its barely keeping up with the tax limits and inflation.Find a way to not tax overtime hours, hat's just cruel at this point. I know, limited area of influence. Also, transport allowance?CT is a bad alternative, very inconvenient.

Review from Sales Dept

large disparity between departments doing similar work but having very different total comp

Review from Operations Dept

i think the payroll should be more as compared to work load its not good

Review from Customer Support Dept

I feel undervalued because a significant portion of my salary is taken away in taxes, with around Rs.100K being deducted from my gross income. While I understand that taxes are necessary, the high deductions make it feel like my true compensation is much lower than expected. Feels unsatisfactory.

Review from Engineering Dept

the workload is increasing but the salary is the same hence it gets tough.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Over time, my role has evolved and I have taken on additional responsibilities. Given my contributions and the value I bring to the team, I believe an adjustment to my salary would better reflect my current role. I am committed to continuing my growth and contribution to the company

Review from Operations Dept

Consistent yearly raises tied to performance. Clear pathways to promotion
