Forever moving goalposts. Was promised so much, not seeing any progress what so ever. Leadership has lost it's credibility,
Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 16 days ago
Too much layoff pressure is destroying the culture. Working hours have gone to 14+ hours to defend your position.
Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 16 days ago
Too much micromanagement and tracker obsession, not enough trust and quarterly, outcome-based coaching. Simplify trackers to what actually drives performance, give reps protected deep-work time, and make leadership more accessible for real escalation and support.
Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago
Injustice, people working hard only get more work. Leadership only care about numbers
Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago
I don't feel like I have the support I need from leadership to better understand my position and my place and value to the company and how to excel in my position and my place in the company. Everyday is a rush to understand and make sense of something complicated to share and be able to explain.

Chaos with very little documented processes or controls in place. Slack has become the source of truth with no real process to update hard copies so we lose data or there are conflicting answers to what seem like simple questions.
Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago
the churn quotas are all over the place. cx are not ready to buy in new things with motive, they're leaving to competitors
Review from Sales Dept · Posted 16 days ago
My manager micromanages and disguises herself as a workaholic.

We can't innovate when constantly in triage mode. Without time to be curious and experimental all we do is put out fires.

Slow. Down. Please. That's it.
Review from Sales Dept
We need to celebrate success even a little bit. All of the recognition systems were dismantled. We only hear the negative day in and day out.
Review from Engineering Dept
Maybe consulting me before adding more accounts to my plate.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Read my survey answers and act on them instead of sending yet another survey that doesn't get read.
Review from Engineering Dept
I feel my team is being scapegoated as the reason why other teams are not successful in their goals. This has led to unrealistic expectations for my team. The company could do a better job of building collaboration between teams instead of pitting them against each other.
Review from Product Dept
Same routine mundane tasks. No innovation. No reward for creative work. WLB is terrible.
Review from Engineering Dept
We can't completely change direction every week. Need to pick a direction and commit to not changing it for a quarter. Leadership needs to commit to a clear roadmap and not try to pivot constantly.
Review from Engineering Dept
Too many meetings and feels like all of the senior positions are based out of north America so whatever we do the opportunities are limited
Review from Engineering Dept
As the business grows we are becoming less organized. Scaling remotely will require us to be better at online & asyncronous organization. Lots of PK turnover, lots of low quality hires from PK wastes everyone's time.
Review from Engineering Dept
Too much red tape to do anything. TPMs have slowed everything down opposed to making things better.
Review from Engineering Dept
I don't think it's understood what my department does or what it takes to perform our jobs. Much of my work is dictated by others. My knowledge is being wasted because of it. Understand the skills of your team and give them the authority to say no to time-wasting or low-value work.

Environment is very much peaceful.
