What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Training and being supportive. Understanding that people's wellbeing should come first.
They have to walk the talk. Everything is almost perfect in paper but never applied. Majority succeed, given opportunities and move higher in the rank because their parents are working in leadership position in the company. Not inclusive especially for women.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
To raise the base salary
I need more constictive criticsm
Making more money to align with industry
It is a white male dominated. Pay in comparison to competitors is almost 20-30% lower. Only the very high grade are paid well. In the ME region they've reduced salaries up to 15% in 2020. Salary were returned to normal only for senior management a& been paid last year deduction. Double standards

More leeway to make decisions

Stop bullying and appreciate their employees.
Employ better leadership team especially in the Middle East region

Culture, inclusion, women empowerment and to start walking the talks. They are good at talking but making the change. Employ strong leadership team
