They have to walk the talk. Everything is almost perfect in paper but never applied. Majority succeed, given opportunities and move higher in the rank because their parents are working in leadership position in the company. Not inclusive especially for women.

It is a white male dominated. Pay in comparison to competitors is almost 20-30% lower. Only the very high grade are paid well. In the ME region they've reduced salaries up to 15% in 2020. Salary were returned to normal only for senior management a& been paid last year deduction. Double standards
More leeway to make decisions
Stop bullying and appreciate their employees.
Employ better leadership team especially in the Middle East region
