Mount Sinai unfortunately has not being capable of showing leadership throughout the pandemic. The new administration makes no decisions just mindlessly follows. It has been very disapointing to witness.

Process need to be put in place and stop threatening people with termination that are not vaccinated.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having patient's leave the unot in a better state of health than when they arrived. Completed cases in a safe and organized manner.
