
Care about patients. Listen to physician input. Insert management who have experience in clinic management. Be honest in communication. Intervene when physician employees are being discriminated against
Absolutely nothing. No teamwork, no value placed on patient or patient care, financially driven, dishonest communication, refusal to provide physicians with basic equipment and staff needed to see patients safely. No concern for pt safety
I felt undervalued as a physician as i was not given the BASIC equipment and support to di my job. When i asked for reasonable equipment/support snd suggested protocols for staff i was ignored, endured hostile work environment created by leadership. I was worth nothing ti them.
