Mr. Cooper Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Bonus is very good that we get it 4 times a year and dont have to wait for once a year

Commendation is fair but not outstanding. Sênior execs are over compensated compared to the rank and file

Health, dental and eye care

Benefits starting day one of hire

Interacting with colleagues at workplace

Not a laggard in the industry for this size company.

Bonus is great when we’re hitting our number

Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance

Pay is competitive and benefits are decent. Other benefits for PTO and Holidays offered are good too. Offers the overall package.

It is fair and driven by market and performance.

401k, bonuses, pay could increase, employee referral could go back to $500 instead of $100

Review from Customer Support Dept

I like the pay and potential.

I believe the benefits are very fair and we get wellness credits which helps the out of pocket cost tremendously.

Review from HR Dept

In addition to a highly competitive base pay the benefits offered at Mr. Cooper are extensive including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, generous PTO, Volunteer time, paid maternity and bonding leave, financial education programs, wellness programs, and the Team Member Loan Program just to name a few!

Review from HR Dept

Regular appraisals are there and you will be identified if you work well and compensation will be highly increased.

Review from Operations Dept

I love my insurance and that they give is so many paid holidays, pto, and floating holidays.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I definitely do feel undervalued. Employees are overworked and underpaid

If they made metrics based upon individual perforance and not on things out of your control.

Most increases are only 1%-3%. No bonuses for job titles below AVP. A 20% increase.

Raises should match cost of living increases at minimum. CEO donates to facists. And when something goes wrong in the business it's absurdly difficult to get it fixed

pay people what the going industry rate is

If i was paid salary and decent commission

Workload is not fairly distributed by management

Travel is not included and should be.

The work life balance is extremely off kilter! The salary does not effectively represent the hours worked!

Review from HR Dept

There is no career path that is both technical and management.

I do not earn money for the company so I do not make the bonus's as everyone else.
