I currently work at MyEye Dr in PA. In the past year they recently hired a new manager and replaced two doctors with one. We are not allowed to schedule a full schedule. He works part time. Our hours were cut due to these changes. No one is holding management accountable.

They need to listen to the staff and realize they’re trying to put the best interest of the practice in mind. The store I work in will eventually close if we don’t revamp. We need a manager who will back up the staff and reprimand the Dr when neces

The Dr does not allow us to schedule a full schedule. He’s rude and takes advantage of patients insurance. He will not do anything medical just refractions and contact lenses. We can not schedule pts first thing in the morning or around lunch because he wants to take his tim
