Communication with the support staff that reports to them. Acknowledge teammates when they are doing a good job instead of just taking the credit of those that work for them.
They need to listen to their employees. We do most of the work while they only work 24 hours a week.

Insurance health benefits and drinks
They need to implement a non-monetary acknowledgment program to help promote a positive culture. There are many ways to enrich the work environment but NASCAR believes that your paycheck is all they need to do.

There are too many meetings that do not deliver any value. Too many meetings are the management group dictating the agenda and not asking for constructive feedback.

Longer way longer break times lunches and hapoy hours
The culture is very segmented. The top and management make no effort to engage with the rest of the company. The same issue is present in middle management. The good old boys club...they try to shake this image in the media as a company image but it is very prevalent within the company.
The interviewers were friendly and felt no pressure.
