Pay started off ok until the responsibilities became greater from other department workloads. It was 2 years before a raise was given. Food was catered by multiple companies...not good. The job did provide a nice income but it didn't match the cost of living. Benefits were good. There was favoritism

Positive environment with management that's aware of what's going on. Better communication.

Doesn't matter due to the outsourcing! But they should have listened to the employees more.

We communicate great with each other. We were able to rely on each other when needed.
