The company trains you to one standard, and the each supervisor standard is different from day to day. Creating a toxic work environment.
The only people valued less than employees are customers
The customers attitudes are a reflection of the service they receive unfortunately the customer service is substandard mainly because people are not getting the type of training they need the training is equivalent to YouTube tutorials
Lack of strategy at the top, even basic strategy. Poor communication about future plans
