NBCUniversal Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It is fair and easy to access.

Cable and health benefits are excellent.

Review from Operations Dept

Earning a living to oay the bills

We get to have some compensation

I appreciate the kindness universal studios have shown unto me.

My compensation reflects my value

PTO is unlimited exciting teams

401k match is quite good.

Bonus seems to always be paid

401k and vacation time is good

The pay is the best

Review from Sales Dept

The match on my 401(k) contribution

Medical is really good here

Review from Operations Dept

That i am compensated well

Affordable quality and great service

The matching 401k options and full package benefits

It fits my needs and covers my expenses.

Review from Sales Dept

There are extensive benefits well beyond the basics- for wellness, corporate discounts, employee assistance, on site childcare, fitness and much more. The retirement benefits are also higher caliber with generous matching and rapid full vesting.

Review from Product Dept

401k, health benefits, vacation and sick time.

Review from Operations Dept

We have a very decent vacation policy.

Review from Product Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More bonus and LTI would be great

Being paid equally to my male counterpart would be a start.

Needs to be raised significantly to compete with other companies and inflation rate.

I'm paid $50k less to move to a city twice as expensive.

A better benefits package and more opportunities for low level employees to grow.

Review from Operations Dept

Equitable salary compensation and benefits.

it is not even a standard living increase

Working over 10 years and still making minimum wage

Review from Operations Dept

Benefits from my benefits package are not being paid to me. Insurance is not paying for medical issues. And the company will not tell me how my long-term disability plan is funded even though that’s against the law

My compensation for my role is extremely low this company only pays directors and project managers a lucrative salary leaving us with nothing and we don’t get bonuses!
