The Pay isn’t competitive and there is a high turnover especially in Creative! Also there isn’t opportunity for growth.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Re-evaluate all positions in the company a lot of co workers have a lot of idle time Meanwhile the underpaid are constantly working and not valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation for my role is extremely low this company only pays directors and project managers a lucrative salary leaving us with nothing and we don’t get bonuses!
