It's very polarized. Some of the team is incredible, but several management team members are unbearable.

Management needs to learn how to value employees and foster a positive team dynamic and morale.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They have absolutely no empathy for employees. The only priority is driving the business rather than supporting personal growth of their team.
